Why e-referrals (eCRM)?

IEHP has been working the last few years to make the specialty referral process to is clinics a better experience for everyone—providers and patients. In 2020, IEHP launched a portal that allows all the necessary information for specialty referrals—medical records, authorization letters, etc.—to be submitted online. No more faxes! You can track the referral through all the steps—submission, review, acceptance, and scheduling—and have a chance to make corrections or provide any missing information.

For Primary Care Physicians and Clinics

Please complete the form above via link/button to request a login and start submitting e-referrals. Each individual/staff that will submit referrals needs to have their own login. Account creation and notification is typically within 48 business hours.
