Workgroups
External stakeholders are meaningfully involved in the initial implementation of eConsult and are committed throughout the entire program through active participation in four eConsult workgroups as follows: Stakeholder Committee, Physician Core Workgroup, Technical Core Workgroup, and the Referral/Administrator Workgroup.
